AI Policy

This policy is to inform visitors to the blog about how I use and don’t use Artificial Intelligence.

AI is not used for: 

Creative Work

I never outsource any creative aspect of my work to AI.

Content

I write all patterns, projects, instructions, books, social media posts, newsletters and blog posts. All text is written by me or another person.

Design & Imagery

All visual assets such as branding and logos are created by me or by human graphic designers that I have engaged.

All photography is done by me or other photographers. AI is not used to edit, enhance or alter images in any way.

Final Product 

I use human proof-readers, tech editors, and pattern testers. I do not run things through AI as a final check.

User Data and Privacy

I will never upload any reader or customer’s private information into any AI system.  

AI may be used for: 

Building Outlines

I may use an AI tool to give me outlines for new projects or systems, such as a spreadsheet for data tracking or the basic sections of a document. 

Technical Support

I may use AI for basic troubleshooting for the software platforms and tools I use.
